Your tournaments, working harder for you
You already post your flyers on Facebook. Keep doing exactly that — we’ll take it from there.
When your tournament is listed on TenPin Tourney, it gets a permanent page on Google — not a post that’s buried in a Facebook feed within a day or two. Bowlers searching for tournaments in the Southeast find your event, your flyer, and your registration link all season long.
What every listing includes — free
- Your own event page with your flyer, date, venue, entry fee, and registration link
- Google visibility — your page shows up when bowlers search for tournaments near them
- A printable flyer with a QR code — post it at the center and bowlers scan straight to your registration page
- Friday weekend digest + Monday email — upcoming events go out to our subscribers
- A results page that stays up — send us your results sheet after the event and we’ll attach it to your event page, so next year’s bowlers find it
- Ready-to-post announcements — every event page has a one-click “copy a Facebook post” with your event details and link
How to get listed
Send the same flyer you’d post on Facebook — that’s it.
- Use the Submit Your Tournament form, or
- Email it to tenpintourney@gmail.com
Many tournaments are already listed — we scan the regional bowling groups every week and add events as they’re announced. If yours is up, claim it below to get your Verified Director badge and make sure your details (like your registration link) are exactly right.
Claim your listing
Claiming is free and takes a minute. Once we verify you, your events show your organizer name with a Verified Director badge, and you’ll be our contact for corrections and updates.
Questions tournament directors ask
How does a tournament get listed?
Send us the flyer — through the submission form or by email. We build the event page from the flyer: date, venue, entry fee, format, and your registration link. Listing is free.
What does a listing include?
Your event page with the flyer, a map pin on your venue, a printable QR flyer, inclusion in the Friday weekend digest and the Monday new-events email when your event is coming up, and a permanent results spot after the event.
How do I update or correct a listing?
Email tenpintourney@gmail.com with the correction, or claim your listing and we’ll keep your details current. Claimed directors get priority fixes.
How do results get posted?
After your event, send the results or payout sheet (a photo or PDF is fine) to tenpintourney@gmail.com and we’ll attach it to your event’s page.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Listings, claims, and results posting are free. We built TenPin Tourney for the Southeast bowling community first.
How do I reach you?
Email tenpintourney@gmail.com — a person (Adam) reads it.
